Gibson Les Paul Standard 2008 Desert Burst
2008 Gibson Les Paul Standard, this one has a few changes like the smoked clear back control plate is gone as is the Neutrik locking output jack, the frets have been seated properly and this one plays amazing now ! Has a slim neck though not quite a 60's neck per se! Its like a much slimmer 59 neck the almost U shape of it ! We had listed this one before but I wanted to create a new listing with all the changes a good customer of ours who is an amazing and well known guy in the pedal and amp world took this home over a weekend and made those changes and then he decided to not buy it due to his unexpected major surgery that is coming up ! This is a special year for the Les Paul Standard 2008! This one has the circuit board mounted tone pots, and no solder plug connections for the pickups, and a regular switchcraft jack with ivory jack plate ! Weight relieved body (7lbs 15oz.) makes this one a joy to wear around your neck! Locking tuners and already has straplocks added. Has a mid size neck that is not thick nor thin and feels wider to my hand ! Comes with factory installed Tone Pros bridge and tailpiece and no pickguard ! Gorgeous top on this one !! Comes with the original hardshell case !
