This guitar is exactly what it appears to be a very well loved and cared for 1978 Gibson Les Paul Custom, with only changed locking tuning keys the originals are in the case ! 10lbs 11oz as most of these were in that range, but there is a range of sound that you only get from a guitar that weighs this or close. Its a labor of love if you play long sets ! But if you want to go back to the good ole days well here is your ticket has the 3 latch protector "chainsaw" hardshell case ! Stamped Second but I can find no reason for it to be a second ! Back then Gibson would stamp them that to give to artists or employee sales, but this one has no issues I can find whatsoever !
