1969 Gibson J 200 "Thurston" named after a songwriter that J.J. Cale worked with back in the day! Has a LR baggs micro drive preamp installed with an undersaddle pickup ! This one has such a great mellow tone lots of bottom with the mid and high end all in play ! When I see one of these I always think of Emmylou! Such a nice guitar! And its blonde !! Comes with what I feel is the original Gibson branded hardshell case ! Has some wear, checking, dings in other words it has a story and a bunch of new songs still in it ! And the old ones are waiting on its new owner to play them ! There is a repair on top at the pickguard near the neck and sound hole that apparently was done by Glaser Guitars. This is a guitar with character and was used apparently on a lot of recordings at Ashworth's Studio Crazy Mama in Nashville
