Left handed guitar players get the short end of the stick a lot of times when it comes to vintage guitars…..well here is a little gem for ya ! The late 70’s were not the best years for Fender but this one is not heavy …8lbs 7oz. ! I have one that weighs almost 11lbs from the same year ! The flat pole piece pickups and the 5 way switch were great for these guitars …everyone was trying to get that inbetween sound and the five way switch made it available with ease. The face of the headstock is darker than the rest of the neck that is due to them putting the decals on after the fact as this is common with left hand version of just about all models from that time period ! Truss rod works fine …there is some weirdness in the finish around the edge and the back …like it had some kind of interaction with a material of somekind ….hard to photograph …just be aware of this !!! Sounds great and comes with the hang tag !!!
